Move With Matt is a workout program run by head trainer Matthew Manca specializing in fat loss and muscle toning that includes endless motivation, accountability and functional resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you deserve.
My workout programs are conducted in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
Each workout is varied to prevent your body becoming accustomed to the same continuous exercises. The effect of altering each workout allows your body to keep guessing and in turn eliminates mitigating weak-points which fast-tracks and aids weight-loss. Not only is this beneficial in terms of your weight loss goals, but it makes things fun and fresh in the process!
All exercises in my program have been designed and proven by me as I’m a big believer in not giving my clients anything I haven’t or wouldn’t attempt myself. Each session is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time, in a friendly environment.
