OUR SERVICES
Small Group Training provides you with a more personalised and environment to work out in, run by an expert coach. If you are training for something more specific this is for you.
Our Large Group Training provides you with 45-minute fat torching work outs lead by enthusiastic trainers along with a great supportive community to work out in, if you’re a beginner looking to lose weight, tone up this is a great start.
Consult with a certified nutrition expert to understand your current pain points. If you’re looking to lose weight, break weight loss through plateaus without giving up your favourite foods then this is for you.
We’ve taken the best strength, toning and flexibility movements and created a unique full body training experience. An experience that doesn’t stop when you leave the gym. If you miss a session we want to see if everything is ok so expect a text or call!

I’m the last person in the world who wants to exercise so the fact that I’ve stuck with MWM since October without missing a session says alot.
MWM is set up in a way that makes it not so overwhelming for me. The exercises are all achievable and broken up into short bouts which helps eliminate the doubts about whether I can achieve my goals. The awesome music that’s playing is an added bonus.
I don’t dread going to do my workouts here. I actually look forward to it. Matt and Amy are so friendly and supportive. The group of people training alongside me have been lovely too. There’s also flexibility with sessions. At times I need to change from a morning session to evening or vice versa which really helps me as a busy mum.
Matt also helps me to focus on my goal with motivational quotes and posts which help me change my mindset and not give up when I’m feeling discouraged. I’ve lost 4kg since starting with MWM. I’ve learnt to trust the process and not look for a quick fix.
